At PureForm Pilates, we stand by the quality and durability of our reformers. That’s why we offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all PureForm Pilates reformer frames, along with coverage for essential components.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

Frame – 5 years
Springs & Ropes – 2 years
Wheels, Pulleys & Straps – 2 years
Footbar & Carriage – 5 years
Upholstery – 1 year (excludes wear and tear)

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (including upholstery, foam, and grips)
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications
Commercial use beyond standard studio conditions
Lack of proper maintenance (e.g., failure to lubricate rails or check springs)
Damage caused by water, excessive moisture, or extreme environments

3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:
Contact us with proof of purchase.
Provide photos or videos showing the issue.
We’ll assess the claim and arrange for repair, replacement, or guidance on next steps.

4. Shipping & Repairs

  • If a defect is confirmed, PureForm Pilates will cover the cost of replacement parts.

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping fees associated with warranty claims.

  • If repair is required, we will guide you through the process or recommend an authorised service provider.

5. Additional Terms

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Any modifications or repairs by unauthorised parties void the warranty.

  • For commercial studios, warranty terms may vary based on usage and conditions.
