Returns
At PureForm Pilates, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your reformer, we offer a hassle-free return policy under the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The reformer is unused and in its original packaging
All parts, accessories, and manuals are included
The item is in resaleable condition (no scratches, dents, or signs of use)
Proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or assembled reformers
Custom or special-order items
Clearance or final sale products
Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
3. Return Process
Submit a return request – Contact us with your order details and reason for return.
Receive approval – If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
Ship the item – The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection & refund – Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund minus any applicable fees (see below).
4. Refunds & Fees
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of 10-20% may apply for opened or improperly packaged items.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your reformer arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap for a different model, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests will be subject to a processing fee if the order has already been prepared for shipment.
